近20年男子田径十项全能的国际发展趋势及对中国的启示

摘　　要：对近20年国内外三大体育赛事中男子十项全能数据进行分析。结果表明:(1)于总分成绩而言,国内男子十项全能水平较低,与国际水平存在较大差距,同时国内外水平差距正呈现扩大趋势;(2)于项群成绩而言,我国男子十项全能中的速度类项群、跳跃类项群以及耐力类项群正在追赶国际水平,但投掷类项群水平却急剧下降。通过发展趋势分析,为我国男子十项全能的发展提供启示,首先,在当前阶段抓住国内新冠疫情防控情况较好这一优势大力发展我国的体育事业,同步推进优劣势竞赛项目发展;其次不可盲目模仿学习国外对于男子十项全能的培养方式,应制定具有中国特色的男子十项全能战略;最后,在现有基础上,找出既能提升优势项群水平又能提升投掷类项群水平的男子十项全能新路径。This paper analyzes the data of men’s decathlon in three major sports events at home and abroad in the past 20 years.The results showed that:(1)In terms of the total scores of men’s decathlon,there is a big gap between the domestic men’s decathlon level and the international level,and the gap is expanding;(2)In terms of event-groups achievement,the speed,jump and endurance event-group in Chinese men’s decathlon are catching up with the international level,but the throwing event-group level has declined sharply.Through the analysis of the development trend,this paper aims to further provide enlightenment for the development of Men’s decathlon in China.Firstly,it is necessary to seize the advantage of the better prevention and control of COVID-19 in China to vigorously develop China’s sports undertakings at the current stage,and simultaneously promote the development of competitive events with advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,we should not blindly imitate and learn the training methods of men’s decathlon in foreign countries,but formulate the strategies of men’s decathlon with Chinese characteristics.Finally,a new path to improve the level of both dominant item group and throwing item group should be found on the existing basis.
