摘  要:航发高速圆柱滚子轴承常见故障模式为滚子端面磨损,故障原因主要为滚子动不平衡引起的旋转轴线倾斜,滚道尺寸精度差引起的滚子歪斜等。针对台架试验中遇到的新的轴承失效模式,从原材料性能、设计、制造和使用工况4个方面对故障轴承进行分析,发现带挡边薄壁内圈,轴向超大预紧力,越程槽尺寸超差等多个因素叠加造成轴承安装后滚子被卡紧进而失效,并通过内圈强度仿真计算和实物加载试验验证了分析的正确性。The common fault mode of high speed cylindrical roller bearing for aero engine is wear of roller end surface.The main cause of fault is tilt of rotation axis caused by dynamic imbalance of roller and roller skew caused by poor dimensional accuracy of raceway.Aimed at new failure mode in bench test,the faulty bearing is analyzed from four aspects such as raw material performance,design,manufacturing and operating conditions,it is found that the roller being clamped after the bearing installation resulting in failure is caused by superposition of multiple factors,such as thin-walled inner ring with ribs,super large axial preload,off-sized undercut and so on,and the correctness of analysis is verified by simulation calculation of inner ring strength and physical loading test.
