摘 要:ZL114合金是Al-Si系亚共晶合金,具有高强度、高韧性和抗热裂等优点,广泛应用于航空航天和汽车领域。本文利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜与拉伸试验机,研究了Al-5Ti-1B(1wt.%)和不同Ce含量对ZL114的细化变质,结果表明:随着Ce含量的增加,初生α-Al相逐渐细化,且分布趋于均匀,共晶硅的形貌由针片状转变为颗粒状和短棒状;断口表面先细化再粗化,撕裂棱数量先增多后减少,撕裂棱间的夹缝先变深后变浅;抗拉强度和延伸率都是先增加,后降低,Ce质量分数为0.07%时,抗拉强度和延伸率达到最大值,分别为183.2 MPa和5.936%。ZL114 alloy is a hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy with high strength,high toughness and thermal cracking resistance.It is widely used in aerospace and automotive fields.By the use of metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile testing machine,this paper studies the refinement and modification of Zl114 alloy by Al-5Ti-1B(1wt.%)and different Ce contents.The results show that with the increase of Ce contents,the primaryα-Al phase is gradually refined,the distribution tends to be uniform and the morphology of eutectic silicon turns from needle flake to granular and short rod.Fracture surface turns fine at first and then coarse.The number of tearing edges increases at first and then decreases,and the cracks between the tearing edges become deeper at first and shallower later.The fracture is always brittle.The ultimate tensile strength and elongation increase at first and then decrease.When Ce content is 0.07wt.%,the ultimate tensile strength and elongation reach the maximum value of 183.2 MPa and 5.936%,respectively.
