摘 要:后装式餐厨垃圾车上料机构是车辆作业过程中的常用部件,受空间的影响,布置机构时,油缸支点力臂较短,载荷放大倍数较大,其强度和可靠性直接影响车辆性能。为校核该机构的强度,文章建立了动力学分析模型,提取了箱体及举升板各个位置提升垃圾时的载荷曲线,找到最大载荷输入静力学分析模型,计算了最大载荷时提升机构的应力。为验证计算模型的准确性,文章对该机构进行了实际的应力测试,对比了测试应力与计算应力,误差在5%以内,证明了计算模型的准确性。根据计算结果得出,机构ABCD四个区域的最大应力均小于材料屈服强度,满足结构强度要求,有一定的安全系数,且CD两个区域安全系数较大,存在轻量化空间,为后续进行结构优化升级提供了有力的数据支撑。In daily using,the feeding mechanism of the rear-loading garbage truck is frequently used,but affected by space,main power arm is shorter than the slave arm,the load is magnified a lot.So we must pay more attention to its strength and reliability.In order to carry out this work,this article established a dynamic analysis model,extracted the load curve of the box and lifting plate when lifting garbage at various positions,found the maximum load input statics analysis model,and calculated the stress lifting mechanism at the maximum load.At the same time,we do the stress test on the actual mechanism.Compared the results obtained in two ways,the error is within 5%,which proved the accuracy of the calculation model.According to the calculation results,we can know that,the maximum stress in the areas(ABCD)is lower than the yield strength,the mechanism is safe,and the safety factor of CD areas is too big,The mechanism has a large lightweight threshold.This strength calculation and test provides strong data support for structural optimization.
