摘　　要：GB7258-2017机动车运行安全技术条件在各地的强制实施,将会导致三轴栏板式运输半挂车、三轴仓栅式运输半挂车等常规车型的市场占有率急剧下降。栏板侧翻半挂车作为工程和物流双结合用车,成为理想的替代车型。栏板侧翻半挂车举升角度控制提醒装置的优化改进提升了车辆的使用安全性,提高了车辆的出勤率,减少或降低了车辆使用过程中因举升角度过大等操作不当造成油缸损坏等财产损失或严重的翻车事故的发生。通过对现有结构的分析、整理,提出了一种更科学、合理的解决方案,为栏板侧翻半挂车以及类似结构的制造行业提供解决举升角度控制难度大、存在安全隐患等问题的思路和办法,方便用户操作的同时提升了车辆卸货的安全性。With the enforcement of GB7258-2017 will lead to a sharp decline in the conventional models market share such as three axle fence semi-trailer and three axle stake semi-trailer.As a combination of engineering and logistics,side-tipping fence semi-trailer has become an ideal alternative model and the optimization of lifting angle control reminder device improves the use safety and usage,and decrease the occurrence of property losses as the cylinder damage or serious rollover accidents by error operation.A more scientific and reasonable solutions is given by the analysis and arrangement of the existing structure and the ideas and methods of solving the problems of the difficulty in lifting angle control and potential danger in side-tipping fence semi-trailer and manufacturing industry with similar structure.lt is convenient for users to operate and improves the safety of unloading.
