世界技能大赛健康与社会照护项目对高职护理专业教学的启示

摘　　要：该文剖析了世界技能大赛中健康与社会照护项目的标准规范、测试项目及评价方法,指出了我国高职护理教学中所存在的问题,提出要增加护理高职生护理知识与技能的广度和厚度,将标准化病人融入高职护理教学,拓宽护理高职生实践领域,提升高职护理专业教师技能综合素质,为我国护理高技能人才培养提供参考。This article analyzed the standards,test items and evaluation methods of Health and Social Care Project in the World Skills Competition,and pointed out the problems in our country’s higher vocational nursing education.The following suggestions were proposed including increasing the breadth and depth of nursing knowledge and skills for higher vocational nursing students,integrating the standardized patients in nursing education,broadening the practical field of nursing students,and improving the comprehensive quality of vocational nursing teachers.We hope to provide reference for the training of high-skilled nursing talents in our country.
