摘 要:正向BIM设计在当前智能建造和数字化设计研究中已经成为重要的热门主题,而在我国目前的BIM产业发展中,大量的项目实践则更多地着重于强调技术背景的专项应用,而对全过程数字化的设计建造一体化流程关注较少。在复杂幕墙结构设计和施工中,由于大量曲线、曲面结构的存在,使一体化设计和建造管理的正向设计流程变得必要和重要。该研究以一个复杂异形幕墙结构的设计和施工全流程分析出发,展示了一体化数字BIM正向设计在整体过程中的组织和展开方式,同时展示了大量先进技术在结构施工、设计优化和多专业管理中的具体应用。通过总结相关技术在提升工程管理水平、有效降低成本等方面的成果和问题,以期望对未来我国复杂异形建筑的正向BIM设计研究提供有益的参考。Forward BIM design has become an important hot topic in the current research on intelligent construction and digital design.In the current development of the BIM industry in China,a large number of project practices focus more on special applications that emphasize the technical background,while less attention has been paid to the integrated design and construction process of the whole process digitalization.In the design and construction of complex curtain wall structures,due to the existence of a large number of curved and curved structures,the forward design process of integrated design and construction management becomes necessary and important.Based on the analysis of the whole process of design and construction of a complex special-shaped curtain wall structure,this research demonstrates the organization and deployment method of integrated digital BIM forward design in the overall process.At the same time,it demonstrates a large number of advanced technologies in structural construction,design optimization and multiple specific application in professional management.By summarizing the achievements and problems of related technologies in improving the level of project management and effectively reducing costs,this research is expected to provide a helpful reference for the forward BIM design research of complex and special-shaped buildings.
