冷热交替刺激联合电针治疗神经性吞咽困难临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冷热交替刺激联合电针治疗神经性吞咽困难的疗效。方法:80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组均给予电针治疗,治疗组加用冷热交替刺激。结果:治疗组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组饮水试验评分和SSA评分均降低,VFSS评分均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组与对照组比较改善更大(P<0.05)。两组SF-36量表各条目评分均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组与对照组比较升高更多(P<0.05)。结论:冷热交替刺激联合电针治疗神经性吞咽困难具有较好效果。Objective:To observe the effect of alternating cold and heat stimulation combined with electroacupuncture on neuropathic dysphagia.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with electroacupuncture,and the treatment group were treated with alternating cold and heat stimulation in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The drinking water test scores and SSA scores of the two groups decreased,and the VFSS scores increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved more than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each item on the SF-36 scale of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group increased more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alternating cold and heat stimulation combined with electroacupuncture has a good effect on neuropathic dysphagia.
