悬灸辅治脑卒中后神经源性膀胱尿潴留对充盈期膀胱内压及残余尿量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察关元及中极悬灸辅治脑卒中后神经源性膀胱(PSNB)尿潴留对充盈期膀胱内压及残余尿量的影响。方法:60例按照随机数字表法分为对照组29例和观察组31例。两组均以常规治疗,观察组联合关元及中极悬灸治疗。结果:治疗2周后,两组中医症状积分、残余尿量均减少,且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组日均排尿次数、单次最大排尿量、MCC、Pvoi较均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:关元及中极穴悬灸辅治PSNB尿潴留可改善症状,减轻膀胱内压力,促进排尿。Objective:To observe the effect of suspended moxibustion on acupoints Guanyuan and Zhongji on the intravesical pressure and residual urine volume during the filling phase of neurogenic bladder(PSNB)urinary retention after stroke.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 cases were divided into 29 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the observation group.Both groups received conventional treatment,and the observation group were treated with suspension moxibustion on acupoints Guanyuan and Zhongji in addition.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom score and residual urine volume of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was less than the control group(P<0.05).The average daily urination frequency,single maximum urination volume,MCC and Pvoi were all increased in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suspended moxibustion on acupoints Guanyuan and Zhongji for supplementary treatment of PSNB urinary retention can improve symptoms,reduce pressure in the bladder,and promote urination.
