摘　　要：肥胖严重影响健康,我国是肥胖人群数量增长最迅速的国家之一。目前抗肥胖药物非常有限,且常见停药反弹或多种不良反应,因此,寻找安全有效的抗肥胖药物是目前药物及健康产品研发的重要方向。多种天然产物被发现可通过抑制脂肪组织形成、增加脂肪组织产热、诱导白色脂肪组织(WAT)褐变等途径发挥抗肥胖作用,是开发抗肥胖药物的重要来源。本文对见诸文献的具有抗肥胖活性的天然产物研究现状作一综述,为抗肥胖药物研发提供参考。Obesity has a serious impact on health. China is one of the countries with the fastest growth of obesity population. Currently, only a few anti-obesity drugs are available, they usually have many adverse reactions and rebound effects after drug withdrawal. Therefore, it is very important to develop an anti-obesity drug with safety and efficacy. Previous studies have shown that a variety of natural products have anti-obesity effect through inhibiting adipose tissue formation, increasing the heat production of adipose tissue, inducing the browning of white adipose tissue(WAT), which are considered to be important sources of anti-obesity drugs. In this review, we summarized the researches of natural products with anti-obesity activity, and provide a reference for the research and development of new anti-obesity drugs.
