摘  要:对某炼厂检维修废水进行水质分析和ICP/MS金属离子检测,结果表明该废水总磷、有机磷严重偏高,铁、锰、铜等金属离子偏高。96h好氧生化试验显示,该废水的COD去除率仅有25%且微生物活性受到严重抑制。采用活性炭复合材料负载催化剂(Fe_(2)O_(3)/ACNT)对该废水离心过滤上清液进行臭氧催化氧化,在臭氧相对投加量2.5的条件下可达到81.5%的COD去除率,同时有机磷占总磷比例低至10%,而采用单独臭氧氧化处理效果欠佳。同步有机磷对比试验表明,该废水很有可能含有ATMPA、HEDP及类似性质的有机磷化合物,试验中该类有机磷化合物化学性质稳定,难以生化降解,臭氧高级氧化也较难达到理想的去除效果。Water quality analysis and ICP/MS metal ion detection were carried out on the overhaul wastewater of a refinery.The results showed that the total phosphorus and organic phosphorus in the wastewater were seriously high,and the metal ions such as iron,manganese and copper were high.The COD removal rate of the wastewater was only 25%after 96 h aerobic biochemical test and the microbial activity was severely inhibited.Activated carbon composite supported catalyst(Fe_(2)O_(3)/ACNT)was used for ozone catalytic oxidation of the supernatant from centrifugal filtration of this wastewater.Under the condition of relative ozone dosage of 2.5,the COD removal rate could reach 81.5%,and the proportion of organic phosphorus in total phosphorus was as low as 10%,but the effect of ozone oxidation alone was not ideal.The synchronous organic phosphorus comparison test showed that the wastewater probably contained ATMPA,HEDP or similar organic phosphorus compounds.The test showed that these organic phosphorus compounds were chemically stable and difficult to be biodegraded,and it was difficult to achieve ideal removal effect by advanced ozone oxidation.
