摘 要:针对现有垃圾燃烧飞灰中重金属处理效果的问题,提出一种基于微波水热的垃圾燃烧污染物重金属处理方法。对此,以多通量微波消解仪作为主要试验装置,分别探讨了在不同添加剂及用量、反应温度、液固比、反应温度下垃圾燃烧飞灰重金属的浸出质量浓度。结果表明,以Na_(2)HPO_(4)作为添加剂时,各重金属经过处理后均可达到填埋标准;通过不同因素分析,得到Na_(2)HPO_(4)的用量为2mol·kg^(-1)、液固比为3m L·g^(-1)、反应温度为200℃、反应时间为20min时,飞灰中重金属浸出质量浓度满足填埋标准,且稳定程度可达到93%以上。Aiming at the problem of the treatment effect of heavy metals in the fly ash of MSW combustion,a microwave hydrothermal treatment method for heavy metals in MSW combustion was proposed.In this regard,the multi flux microwave digestion instrument was used as the main experimental device to investigate the leaching mass concentration of heavy metals in MSW fly ash under different additives and dosage,reaction temperature,liquid-solid ratio and reaction temperature.The results showed that,when Na_(2)HPO_(4)was used as additive,all heavy metals met the landfill standard after treatment;The analysis results of different factors showed that,when the dosage of Na_(2)HPO_(4)was 2 mol·kg^(-1),the liquid-solid ratio was 3 mL·g^(-1),the reaction temperature was 200℃,and the reaction time was 20 min,the mass concentration of heavy metals in fly ash met the landfill standard,and the stability degree was more than 93%.
