摘  要:采用铝甑对低变质煤进行低温热解,用共混法将不同配比的铁系催化剂与低变质煤混合进行低温催化热解实验,以探索铁系催化剂对低变质煤热解焦油的影响。结果表明:在相同反应条件下,添加10%Fe_(2)O_(3)催化剂时焦油产率可达12.33%,且煤焦油中苯酚类物质质量分数高出原煤焦油7.81%;烷烃类物质质量分数较原煤焦油低1.71%;萘类物质质量分数高出原煤焦油5.03%;菲类物质质量分数较原煤焦油低8.40%;而苯类物质质量分数高出原煤焦油6.56%;并生成了原煤焦油不具备的醛类物质,茚类物质及正二十二醇。这表明Fe_(2)O_(3)催化剂可有效提高焦油中轻组分的质量分数,促进苯类、苯酚类、萘类等低碳物质的生成,抑制菲类、蒽类、长链烷烃等高碳物质的质量分数,并可催化生成少量的醛、正二十二醇、茚类物质等,实现了高附加值产品的富集。Low-temperature pyrolysis of low-metamorphic coal was carried out with aluminum retort,and low-temperature catalytic pyrolysis experiments were carried out by mixing iron-based catalysts of different proportions with low-metamorphic coal by blending method to explore the effect of iron-based catalysts on low-metamorphic coal tar pyrolysis.The results showed that under the same reaction conditions,the tar yield reached 12.33%when adding 10%Fe_(2)O_(3)catalyst,and the mass fractions of phenol,naphthalene,and benzene in coal tar were higher than the mass fraction of raw coal tar by 7.81%,5.03%,6.56%;The mass fractions of alkanes and phenanthrene were 1.71%and 8.40%lower than the mass fractions of raw coal tar,and produced aldehydes,indenes and n-docosyldiol were not available in raw coal tar.This showed that the Fe_(2)O_(3)catalyst could effectively increase the mass fraction of light components in tar,promote the production of low-carbon substances,such as benzene,phenols,and naphthalenes,and inhibit the production of high-carbon substances,such as phenanthrene,anthracene,and long-chain alkanes.And a small amount of aldehydes,n-docosyldiol and indenes could be produced by the Fe_(2)O_(3)catalyst,and high value-added products could be enriched.
