摘　　要：介绍储气调峰技术的分类与特点,简述我国调峰体系的发展近况,剖析构建中国特色储气调峰体系的必要性和该系统中尚存的关键难题,着重汇总国内眼下调峰体系的主要应对策略与建议,最后提出从规划布局、运营模式、体制机制及政策支持等多方面下手,弥补我国天然气消费增长的短板,以求更大范围地满足用户的调峰需求,全面提升国家用气旺季削峰与移峰能力的建设性意见。The classification and characteristics of gas storage peak-shaving technologies were introduced,the current development of China’s peak-shaving system was briefly described,the necessity of building a gas-storage peak-shaving system with Chinese characteristics was analyzed as well as the remaining key problems in the system,the main countermeasures on the current peak shaving system were discussed,and some suggestions on the planning layout,operation model,institutional mechanism and policy support to make up for the shortcomings of China’s natural gas consumption growth were finally put forward,in order to meet the needs of users and comprehensively improve the country’s capacity for peak cutting and peak shifting during the peak season.
