摘  要:在应变管道设计中,应变要求和应变能力是设计的首要问题。可以采用解析法或数值方法解出应变要求,但有限元方法的使用非常普遍;应变能力可以通过实验法得出结论。管道的应变能力主要体现在压缩应变极限和拉伸应变极限上。试验得出管道的压缩应变极限主要与应变硬化指数n、径厚比D/t、压力pi、屈强比Y/T有关;管道的拉伸应变极限主要与环焊缝的拉伸应变极限有关。In the design of pipeline based on strain, the core problem is to determine the strain requirement and strain capacity of pipeline. The strain requirement of pipeline can be solved by analytical method or numerical method. The strain capacity of the pipeline is mainly determined by the experimental method. The strain capacity of pipeline is reflected in its compression strain limit and tensile strain limit. The results show that the compressive strain limit of the pipeline is mainly related to the strain hardening index n, the diameter-thickness ratio D/t, the internal pressure pi, and the flexural strength ratio Y/T. The tensile strain limit of pipeline is mainly related to the tensile strain limit of girth weld.
