摘  要:水冷甲醇反应器是煤化工中的重要设备,此设备的结构为列管式反应器,其上下管板结构的特点类似于固定管板式换热器,即管板与管壳程筒体均焊接的NEN型固定管板换热器。随着装置大型化的发展,此类设备使用单纯的理论解析公式无法得到准确的结果。以某台大直径水冷甲醇反应器为例,对其进行应力分析计算,以得到在不同工况下管板的强度、换热管的强度与稳定性,并对其进行评定。计算过程及结果对于设备大型化所带来的计算方法不足和计算精度不足的问题,给出了工程指导。Water-cooled methanol reactor is an important equipment in coal chemical industry.The structure of this equipment is a tubular reactor,the characteristics of the upper and lower tube sheet structure are similar to the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger,that is,the NEN type fixed tube sheet heat exchanger in which the tube sheet and the tube shell are welded.With the development of large-scale equipments,the theoretical analysis of such devices using simple analytical formula cannot get accurate results.In this paper,taking a big diameter water-cooled methanol reactor as an example,the stress analysis and calculation were carried out to get the strength of the tube plate under different conditions,the strength and stability of the heat exchange tube,and the evaluation was also carried out.The calculation process and results can provide engineering guidance for the problem of insufficient calculation method and insufficient calculation precision for the large-scale equipment.
