摘　　要：目的分析血清鸢尾素(irisin)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平与心力衰竭(心衰)程度的相关性。方法选取46例心衰患者作为观察组,另选取24例健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组血清irisin、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平,分析血清irisin、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平与心衰程度的相关性。结果观察组血清irisin(68.58±23.16)ng/ml显著低于对照组的(104.25±22.73)ng/ml,hs-CRP(13.52±4.28)mg/L、TNF-α(2.06±0.48)ng/ml显著高于对照组的(1.68±0.73)mg/L、(0.87±0.32)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清irisin与心衰呈负相关性,hs-CRP、TNF-α与心衰呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论血清irisin、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平与患者心衰程度具有显著的相关性,通过对其水平进行分析,可有效评估患者心衰程度,为患者诊疗提供可靠的参考依据。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum irisin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level and degree of heart failure.Methods There were 46 patients with heart failure selected as the observation group,and 24 healthy subjects as the control group.The levels of serum irisin,hs-CRP and TNF-αwere compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the levels of serum irisin,hs-CRP,TNF-αand the degree of heart failure was analyzed.Results The serum irisin(68.58±23.16)ng/ml in the observation group was significantly lower than(104.25±22.73)ng/ml in the control group,and hs-CRP(13.52±4.28)mg/L and TNF-α(2.06±0.48)ng/ml were significantly higher than(1.68±0.73)mg/L and(0.87±0.32)ng/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum irisin was negatively correlated with heart failure,and hs-CRP and TNF-αwere positively correlated with heart failure(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum irisin,hs-CRP,TNF-αlevel has a significant correlation with the degree of heart failure.By analyzing its level,it can effectively evaluate the degree of heart failure and provide a reliable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
