降钙素原联合超敏C反应蛋白检测对小儿肺炎早期诊断的应用价值探析

摘　　要：目的探讨降钙素原联合超敏C反应蛋白检测对小儿肺炎早期诊断的应用价值。方法选取90例小儿肺炎患儿作为观察组,根据实验室检测结果将观察组患儿分为细菌性肺炎组(50例)与非细菌性肺炎组(40例);另选取45例健康体检儿童作为对照组。对比三组儿童的降钙素原及超敏C反应蛋白水平。结果细菌性肺炎组降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白水平分别为(3.17±0.32)ng/ml、(35.01±7.03)mg/L,均高于非细菌性肺炎组的(0.49±0.13)ng/ml、(12.93±4.71)mg/L及对照组的(0.17±0.04)ng/ml、(5.54±2.11)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非细菌性肺炎组降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降钙素原联合超敏C反应蛋白检测对小儿肺炎早期诊断具有良好的应用价值,对肺炎的鉴别诊断可提供有效帮助,为临床精确治疗有指导作用。Objective To discuss the practical value of combined detection of procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in early diagnosis of pediatric pneumonia.Methods There were 90 cases of pediatric pneumonia selected as the observation group,and they were divided into bacterial pneumonia group(50 cases)and non-bacterial pneumonia group(40 cases)according to the laboratory test results.Another 45 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the three groups at different periods were compared.Results The levels of procalcitonin and highsensitivity C-reactive protein of bacterial pneumonia group were(3.17±0.32)ng/ml and(35.01±7.03)mg/L,which were obviously higher than(0.49±0.13)ng/ml and(12.93±4.71)mg/L of non-bacterial pneumonia group,and(0.17±0.04)ng/ml and(5.54±2.11)mg/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein of non-bacterial pneumonia group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein has good practical value in early diagnosis of pediatric pneumonia,and can help the differential diagnosis of pneumonia and provide guidance for clinical accurate treatment.
