探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法48例小儿腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组治疗前后免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A[IgA]和CD4/CD8]、临床症状缓解时间(大便恢复时间、发热消退时间、腹痛缓解时间、呕吐缓解时间)、治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组IgG、IgA和CD4/CD8分别为(15.84±0.77)g/L、(1.87±0.59)g/L、(1.85±0.36),均高于对照组的(10.84±0.51)g/L、(1.21±0.38)g/L、(1.27±0.12),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大便恢复时间、发热消退时间、腹痛缓解时间、呕吐缓解时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予小儿腹泻患儿双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗能够有效提升患儿免疫能力,缩短患儿各项症状缓解时间,临床疗效显著,具有应用推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 48 cases of infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablet and montmorillonite powder based on the conventional therapy.The immune function indexes[immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and CD4/CD8]before and after treatment,remission time of clinical symptoms(stool recovery time,antipyretic time,abdominal pain remission time,vomiting remission time),and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the IgG,IgA and CD4/CD8 of the observation group were(15.84±0.77)g/L,(1.87±0.59)g/L and(1.85±0.36),which were all higher than(10.84±0.51)g/L,(1.21±0.38)g/L and(1.27±0.12)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stool recovery time,antipyretic time,abdominal pain remission time,vomiting remission time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablet and montmorillonite powder can effectively improve the immune ability of children with infantile diarrhea and shorten the remission time of various symptoms in children.It has significant clinical efficacy and contains the value of promotion and application.
