摘　　要：目的利用Meta分析方法对妇科养荣胶囊联合炔诺酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的疗效和安全性进行评价分析。方法检索并选取1989~2020年国内外公开发表的关于妇科养荣胶囊联合炔诺酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的随机对照试验(RCT)文献,针对符合纳入标准的RCT文献进行研究,采用Review Manager 5.1软件统计并分析相关数据。结果共有5项研究符合纳入标准。与对照组比较,妇科养荣胶囊联合炔诺酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的神经功能缺损临床疗效[比数比(OR):6.23;95%CI(2.85,13.61)]。完全止血时间加权均数差(WMD)合并值为-8.32[95%CI(-10.30,-6.34)];促卵泡生成素WMD合并值为4.57[95%CI(0.99,8.15)];雌二醇WMD合并值为-34.05[95%CI(-80.15,12.05)];孕酮WMD合并值为-0.88[95%CI(-1.08,-0.68)];药安全合并效应量[OR:0.12;95%CI(0.04,0.39)]。结论Meta分析结果显示,妇科养荣胶囊联合炔诺酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血安全、有效,可增加促卵泡生成素水平,降低孕酮水平,缩短完全止血时间,值得临床推广使用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fuke Yangrong Capsule combined with norethisterone in the treatment of climacteric functional uterine bleeding by Meta-analysis.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCT)of Fuke Yangrong Capsule combined with norethisterone in the treatment of climacteric functional uterine bleeding from 1989 to 2020 were searched and selected,and the trials that met the inclusion criteria were selected for research.The Review Manager 5.1 software was used to analyze the relevant data.Results 5 studies met the inclusion criteria.Compared with the control group,Fuke Yangrong capsule combined with norethisterone had better efficacy in the treatment of climacteric functional uterine bleeding[odds ratios(OR):6.23;95%CI(2.85,13.61)].The combined value of weighted mean difference(WMD)of time to complete hemostasis was-8.32[95%CI(-10.30,-6.34)];the combined value of follicle stimulating hormone WMD was 4.57[95%CI(0.99,8.15)];the combined value of estradiol WMD was-34.05[95%CI(-80.15,12.05)];the combined value of progesterone WMD was-0.88[95%CI(-1.08,-0.68)];drug safety combined effect[OR:0.12;95%CI(0.04,0.39)].Conclusion Meta-analysis shows that Fuke Yangrong Capsule combined with norethisterone is safe and effective in the treatment of climacteric functional uterine bleeding,which can increase the level of follicle stimulating hormone,reduce the level of progesterone,and shorten the time to complete hemostasis.
