中药逐饮汤加减辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析中药逐饮汤加减辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床效果。方法68例结核性胸膜炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组34例。对照组实施胸腔穿刺及抗结核治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合中药逐饮汤加减辅助治疗。对比两组治疗效果及胸膜厚度。结果实验组总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,实验组胸膜厚度为(6.43±2.32)mm,治疗后1个月为(4.54±1.32)mm,治疗后2个月为(3.12±1.11)mm;治疗前,对照组胸膜厚度为(6.33±2.22)mm,治疗后1个月为(5.67±2.54)mm,治疗后2个月为(4.34±2.32)mm。治疗前,两组胸膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、2个月,实验组胸膜厚度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结核性胸膜炎患者实施中药逐饮汤加减辅助治疗,可提高患者的治疗效果,改善胸膜厚度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine modified Zhuyin Decoction on tuberculous pleurisy.Methods A total of 68 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thoracentesis and antituberculosis,and the experimental group was treated with modified Zhuyin Decoction based on the control group.The therapeutic effect and pleural thickness were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.06%,which was higher than 73.53%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the pleural thickness was(6.43±2.32)mm before treatment,(4.54±1.32)mm at 1 month after treatment and(3.12±1.11)mm at 2 months after treatment;in the control group,the pleural thickness was(6.33±2.22)mm before treatment,(5.67±2.54)mm at 1 month after treatment,and(4.34±2.32)mm at 2 months after treatment.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pleural thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 2 months of treatment,the pleural thickness of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chinese medicine Zhuyin Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect and pleural thickness,and it has high clinical application value.
