摘　　要：氮化物硬质摸退除技术是镀膜刀具修复中一项不可缺少的技术,对于延长刀具寿命具有重要意义。介绍了多种氮化物硬质膜退除技术的退除原理、退除方法、退除效果,应用范围和局限性,综述了氮化物硬质膜退除技术的研究进展,同时对氮化物硬质膜退除技术的发展进行了展望。Stripping technology of nitride hard films is an indispensable technology in the process of coating tool repair,which is of great significance to prolong tool life.The stripping principles,stripping methods,stripping results,application range and limitation of various stripping technology of nitride hard films were introduced.The research progress of stripping technology of nitride hard films was reviewed,and the development of stripping technology of nitride hard films was prospected.
