摘　　要：为了提高工程机械液压管路的清洁度减少不必要的损耗,文章引进饱和蒸汽清洗技术和海绵球射流清洗技术相结合的清洗技术,取得了很好的效果,有效保证了液压软管、液压硬管的清洁度。减少了现场液压系统堵管和磨损的发生,提高了液压传动系统的可靠性。In order to improve the cleanliness of hydraulic pipeline of construction machinery and reduce unnecessary loss,the cleaning technology of saturated steam cleaning technology combined with sponge ball jet cleaning technology is introduced,which has achieved good results and effectively ensures the cleanliness of hydraulic hose and hard hydraulic pipe in this paper.It reduces the occurrence of pipe blockage and wear in the hydraulic system,and improves the reliability of the hydraulic transmission system.
