摘 要:智能汽车创新发展战略明确提出,强化产业安全和风险防控,建立智能汽车安全管理体系,增强网络信息系统安全防护能力[1]。汽车安全,首先是汽车本身的安全性。文章以某车型底盘电器盒线束端子退针为例,运用故障树分析法对汽车线束端子退针故障进行分析,并提出解决办法,提高汽车本身的安全性,提升整车品质,满足用户安全驾驶的需要,同时为后期车型的开发提供参考,为同类故障的分析与改进提供借鉴。The innovation and development strategy of intelligent vehicles has been clearly put forward,including strengthening industrial safety and risk prevention and control,establishing the safety management system of intelligent vehicles,and enhancing the safety and protection ability of network information system[1].Car safety,first of all,is the safety of the car itself.Based on a certain car chassis electrical box harness terminal needle back,for example,using the fault tree analysis to auto harness terminal retreat needle fault analysis and improvement,its purpose is to improve the safety of the car itself,improve the quality of the vehicle,and can meet the needs of the user safe driving of a better life,at the same time provide a reference for later models of development,to provide reference for similar failure analysis and improvement.
