摘　　要：患者,女,50岁。面部多发黄白色丘疹伴瘙痒1年。皮损组织病理示:真皮上部可见一卵圆形囊肿,囊壁由鳞状上皮组成,囊内可见无定形物质及少量毳毛横断面或斜切面。因患者不接受治疗,目前随访中。A 50-year-old woman presented with multiple yellowish white papules on the face with itching for 1 year.The histopathological examination of the lesions showed that a dermal cyst lined by squamous epithelium containing keratinous debris and multiple vellus hair shafts.The patient refused to treat and she is under follow-up.
