摘 要:煤炭是我国重要的基础能源资源,煤炭开采引发诸多的生态环境问题,此外煤矿关闭后还存在矿井水酸化污染河流和地下水水环境等问题。在分析研究煤矿开采技术历史的基础上,针对煤矿生产和后生产周期存在的环境问题,基于煤炭生产全生命周期的理念,提出适用于煤矿全生命周期的矿区周边供水、生态采煤用水两种模式,其中生态采煤用水模式分为矿井水灌溉系统、矿井水生物工厂两种亚模式。进一步将矿井水灌溉系统、矿井水生物工厂划分为煤矿矿井水联合浇灌、煤矿矿井水生态灌溉、煤矿矿井水无土农业栽培和煤矿矿井水生物能源4个系统,并对各个系统的特征及其应用情况进行了介绍,不仅解决了煤炭开采过程中引发的生态环境问题,创造了较好的经济效益和社会效益,而且解决了因煤矿关闭(后生产周期)而引发的生态环境问题。Coal is the fundamental energy resource in China.Coal exploitation has initiated many entironmental issues,after coalmine closed also has mine water acidification impacting river and groundwater environment pollution etc issues as well.On the basis of coalmine exploitation technological history analytical study,considering environmental issues in coalmine production and post production cycles,based on coal production full lifecycle thinking has proposed mine area periphery water supply and ecological coal exploitation water reutilization two modes.In which,ecological coal exploitation water reutilization can be subdivided into mine water irrigation system and mine water biological plant two submodes.The two submodes can be further divided into coalmine water joint watering,ecological irrigation,and soilless agricultural cultivation,bioenergy four systems.The paper has introduced features of every system and application status.The study has not only solved coal exploitation process initiated environmental issues,created better economic benefit and social benefit,but also solved closed coalmine(post production cycle)initiated entironmental issues.
