摘 要:目的探讨分层次多元化培训模式在护理人员临床护理培训中的应用价值。方法研究对象为2018年10月—2019年10月在该院参加临床护理培训的80名护理人员,使用随机数字表法将其分为两组分别为对照组(40名)和观察组(40名)。对照组采取传统护理培训模式,观察组采取分层次多元化培训模式,经过培训后比较两组考核成绩、培训满意度以及护理工作满意度。结果观察组:基础知识(90.02±3.31)分、临床实践操作(86.21±2.63)分、应急处理(84.41±2.93)分、护理质量(85.03±2.02)分,明显优于对照组(77.89±3.12)分、(72.25±2.05)分、(73.02±2.21)分、(77.73±2.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.866、26.477、19.628、15.046,P<0.05)。将两组培训满意度进行对比,观察组培训满意度95.00%明显优于对照组培训满意度80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。观察组工作满意度97.50%明显优于对照组工作满意度80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论分层次多元化培训模式的效果更加理想,有助于提高临床护理人员的综合能力,并且提高其对工作的满意度,进而有效提高护理质量,为患者提高更加优质的护理服务,对于改善护患关系具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application value of multi-level and diversified training model in clinical nursing training of nurses.Methods The subjects of the study were 80 nurses who participated in clinical nursing training in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely the control group(40 paramedics)and the observation group(40 paramedics).The control group adopted the traditional nursing training model,and the observation group adopted the hierarchical and diversified training model.After training,the two groups were compared with the assessment results,training satisfaction and nursing job satisfaction.Results The observation group:basic knowledge(90.02±3.31)points,clinical practice operation(86.21±2.63)points,emergency treatment(84.41±2.93)points,nursing quality(85.03±2.02)points,which was significantly better than the control group(77.89±3.12)points,(72.25±2.05)points,(73.02±2.21)points,(77.73±2.31)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.866,26.477,19.628,15.046,P<0.05).Comparing the training satisfaction of the two groups,the training satisfaction of the observation group 95.00% was significantly better than the training satisfaction of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The observation group's job satisfaction 97.50%was significantly better than the control group's job satisfaction 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the multi-level and diversified training model is more ideal,which is helpful to improve the comprehensive ability of clinical nurses,and improve their job satisfaction,thereby effectively improving the quality of care,improving the quality of nursing services for patients,and improving nursing care,which has a positive meaning on the patient relationship.
