摘　　要：对现阶段国内医学科技专业技术人才评价管理与分配激励机制实施情况予以分析,不难发现人才评价存在诸多问题、人才分配激励机制存在诸多漏洞,导致医院医学科技专业技术人才流失比较严重。为了改变此种局面,筛选优秀人才,应深入分析医学科技专业技术人才评价存在的问题,并以此为依据创新构建专业技术人才评价指标体系,合理地设定评价指标,提高专业技术人才评价的有效性。在此基础上构建可行性的人才分配激励机制,以便留住专业技术人才,并使其在岗位工作中努力奋斗,挖掘自身潜力,充分发挥自我价值,为医院、医疗行业及国家发展作出贡献。该文着重分析和探讨医学科技专业技术人才评价管理及医学科技专业技术人才分配激励机制。Analysis of the current implementation of the evaluation management and distribution incentive mechanism for medical science and technology professionals in China,it is not difficult to find that there are many problems in the evaluation of talents,and there are many loopholes in the talent distribution and incentive mechanism,resulting in a serious loss of medical science and technology talents in hospitals.In order to change this situation and select outstanding talents,it is necessary to deeply analyze the problems existing in the evaluation of medical science and technology professionals,and use this as a basis to innovate and build a professional and technical talent evaluation index system.Reasonably set evaluation indicators to improve the effectiveness of professional and technical personnel evaluation.On this basis,build a feasible talent distribution incentive mechanism to retain professional and technical talents,and make them work hard in their jobs,tap their own potential,give full play to their self-worth,and contribute to the development of hospitals,the medical industry and the country.This article will focus on analyzing and discussing the evaluation and management of medical science and technology professionals and the distribution and incentive mechanism of medical science and technology professionals.
