摘 要:目的研究医院后勤物资精益化管理探微。方法以2019年1月—2020年1月管理人员30名作为研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组15名、对照组15名,分别采取精益化管理方式、常规管理方式,分析并且对比两组各项指标。结果管理前观察组管理质量评分与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在医院后勤物资管理中实施精益化管理,取得显著的管理效果。Objective To study the lean management of logistics materials in hospitals.Methods 30 management personnel were taken as the research object from January 2019 to January 2020.According to the principle of random drawing and grouping,they were divided into 15 people in the observation group and 15 people in the control group.Lean management,conventional management methods were adopted respectively,analyzed and compared the indicators of the two groups.Results The management quality score of the observation group before management was not statistically significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05);the management quality score of the observation group after management was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of lean management in the hospital logistics management,significant management effects have been achieved.
