摘　　要：现阶段,在互联网得到极大的发展后,处于“互联网+”下构建城市医联体也获得了更多的关注。在构建城市医联体期间,依托于“互联网+”下所进行的在线挂号、共享电子病历等已获得了许多成效,部分医联体能够进行电子处方流动、在线付费医保等,给患者给予了更多的方便。但是,很多城市医联体对于各个医疗机构中医疗质量、效率进行管理的标准没有得到统一,且其对“互联网+”进行的发掘依旧较少,比如对各个医疗机构中医疗质量与效率有关的数据、指标随时进行抓取、研究、分析,这一功能十分关键,也是医联体总体的发展趋势。At this stage,after the Internet has been greatly developed,the construction of urban medical consortia under the"Internet+"has also received more attention.During the construction of the urban medical consortium,relying on the online registration and sharing of electronic medical records under the"Internet+",many results have been achieved.Some medical consortia can carry out electronic prescription flow,online payment of medical insurance,etc.,to provide patients more convenience.However,many urban medical associations have not unified the standards for the management of medical quality and efficiency in various medical institutions,and their exploration of"Internet+"is still relatively small.For example,the medical quality and efficiency of various medical institutions are related.The function of capturing,researching,and analyzing the data and indicators of the medical consortium is very critical and is also the overall development trend of the medical consortium.
