摘　　要：随着现代医学检验技术与手段的不断进步,血站血液检验模式由以往的人工逐步转变为自动化过程,其已在绝大多数血站中得到推广应用并取得积极效果。如何精确准时地提供血液检验检测相对结果是确保临床用血安全的前提,有效提升血站检验科相关质量管理则是确保临床用血安全的基础。血站检验科质量控制的关键点在于如何有效地强化并完善相关制度,切实落实专业技术人员的准入制度,提高人员基本能力,建立健全相关质量管理控制制度与体系,同时做好仪器设备与检测方法、试剂的管理,合理化实验室布局,落实标本接收、检验的质量控制,确保全程质量审核。以规范科学化的工作态度,应对血站实验室管理的质量控制,确保血液制品的准确有效性,从而更好地为临床供血提供保障。With the continuous advancement of modern medical testing technology and methods,the blood test mode of blood stations has been gradually changed from manual manual to an automated process,which has been popularized and applied in most blood stations and has achieved positive results.How to provide the relative results of blood tests accurately and on time is a prerequisite to ensure the safety of clinical blood use.Effectively improving the quality management of the blood station laboratory is the basis for ensuring the safety of clinical blood use.The key point of the quality control of the blood station laboratory is how to effectively strengthen and improve related systems,effectively implement the access system for professional and technical personnel,improve the basic capabilities of personnel,establish and improve related quality management control systems and systems,and do well in equipment and equipment With the management of testing methods and reagents,rationalize the layout of the laboratory,implement the quality control of specimen reception and inspection,and ensure the entire quality audit.With a standardized and scientific working attitude,we should respond to the quality control of blood station laboratory management to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of blood products,so as to better provide guarantee for clinical blood supply.
