摘　　要：廉政文化建设是党风廉政建设的基础性工作,是推进新形势下落实全面从严治党的重要抓手,对于整肃医疗行业的不正之风有着积极而长远的作用。该文以客观评价医院廉政文化建设成效为主要目的,从精神文化、制度文化、行为文化3个方面探索建立适合院情的廉政文化建设评估指标架构,为医院的廉政文化建设之路提供考评基础,从而发挥有力的支撑引领作用。The construction of a clean government culture is the basic work of the party's work style and clean government.It is an important starting point to promote the implementation of a comprehensive and strict governance of the party under the new situation.It has a positive and long-term effect on eliminating unhealthy practices in the medical industry.The main purpose of this article is to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of the hospital’s clean government culture construction.It explores the establishment of a clean government culture construction evaluation index framework suitable for hospital conditions from three aspects:spiritual culture,system culture and behavior culture,and provides an evaluation basis for the hospital’s clean government culture construction,so as to play a strong supporting and leading role.
