摘 要:飞轮储能系统中转轴与其过盈配合部件之间的接触应力对转子动态特性有十分重要的影响。以600Wh飞轮储能系统为研究对象,通过理论计算得到各配合处过盈量的范围,并运用有限元分析工具Ansys Workbench建立有限元模型,通过在轴上各过盈配合处设置过盈量,分析了不同过盈量下对转子系统的应力和模态振型的影响。仿真结果表明,过盈量的选取满足系统的性能要求,不同的过盈量对转子系统的模态和应力有很大的影响,接触应力在同类型飞轮储能系统有限元分析时不能忽略。The contact stress between the rotating shaft and the interference fit component of the flywheel energy storage system has a very important influence on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor.Taking 600 Wh flywheel energy storage system as the research object,the range of interference of each joint was obtained by theoretical calculation.The finite element model was established by using Ansys Workbench.The effects of different interferences on the stress and mode shape of the rotor system were analyzed by setting the interference at each interference fit on the shaft.The simulation results show that the selection of the interference amount satisfies the performance requirements of the system.Different interferences have a great influence on the modal and stress of the rotor system and the contact stress cannot be ignored in the finite element analysis of the same type of flywheel energy storage system.
