摘  要:提出了一种用于电动独轮车的永磁轮毂电机和摆线减速机一体式系统,驱动主体由外转子永磁轮毂电机及摆线式减速机构成。摆线减速机放置在定子内部,可提供低转速、大转矩的输出,并有利于减小独轮车的振动。与传统的装配方式相比,新提出的永磁轮毂电机和摆线减速机一体式结构稳定性好、重量轻、结构加紧凑。首先,提出并设计了永磁轮毂电机和摆线减速机一体式拓扑结构;其次,为了得到最优的电机输出性能,采用有限元软件对永磁轮毂电机参数进行了优化设计;最后,分析了摆线减速机的动力学性能和系统的热性能,分析结果表明新提出的永磁轮毂电机和摆线减速机一体式设计满足电动独轮车的行驶要求。A new integrated permanent-magnet hub motor and cycloidal reducer(PMHM-CR)system for electrical balanced unicycle(EBU)has been proposed.The system is consisted of an out-rotor permanent magnet hub motor(PMHM)and a cycloidal reducer.The cycloidal reducer is integrated coaxially into the inner space of stator,it can make the system provide low speed,high torque output,while reducing the vibration of the unicycle.Comparing with conventional assembling method,the newly proposed integrated PMHM-CR system has higher robustness,lower weight and more compact size.Firstly,the design of the new PMHMCR driving system has been proposed.Secondly,in order to get the desired motor torque performances,the optimization of the PMHM parameters has been done.Finally,the dynamic performances of the cycloidal reducer and the thermal performances of system have been analyzed.The results verifies that the newly proposed PMHM-CR system is a desirable option for EBU driving.
