摘 要:耐高压试验观察装置应用于模拟深海高压受力情况,在实验室中近似模拟分析观察窗实际受力情况,提高分析的准确性。针对应用于圆锥形观察窗研究的试验用耐高压观察装置进行设计,对比球壳型和圆筒型压力装置的优缺点,选取圆筒型进行尺寸设计,基于有限单元法对结构强度进行分析;对密封装置进行设计,选取O型圈结构,利用Marc软件对O型圈进行密封分析,获得最佳密封间隙和压缩率;并对密封间隙和压缩率对O型圈应力的影响进行分析;根据设计最大加压情况,对连接装置和加压装置进行设计;对比实测观察窗主轴位移拟合值与理论分析、仿真分析结果的差异,验证装置的可靠性。结果可知:理论分析和试验结果基本一致,装置设计合理,符合强度要求,可以作为试验分析的依据;试验装置采用O型圈结构,最佳密封间隙和压缩率分别为0.043mm和10%;耐压80Mpa下的密封间隙和压缩率对于较小接触压应力和最大Von Mises应力具有积极的作用;研究内容为同类设计提供重要参考。The high pressure test observation device is applied to simulate the force of the deep sea under high pressure.The actual stress condition of the observation window is simulated and analyzed in the laboratory,and improve the accuracy of the analysis.The design of high pressure observation device for conical observation window was presented.The advantages and disadvantages of spherical and cylindrical pressure devices were compared.The cylindrical shape for size design was selected and the structural strength based on the finite element method was analyzed.The sealing device was designed,the O-ring structure is selected,and the O-ring was analyzed by Marc software to obtain the best sealing clearance and compression rate.The influences of seal clearance and compression ratio on the stress of o-ring were analyzed.According to the design of maximum pressure,the connection device and pressure device are designed.The difference between the fitted value of the spindle displacement and the theoretical analysis and simulation analysis results were compared,to verify the reliability of the device.The results show that the theoretical analysis and test results are basically the same,the device design is reasonable,which meet the strength requirements,and can be used as the basis for experimental analysis.The test device adopts O-ring structure,and the optimal sealing gap and compression ratio are 0.043 mm and 10%respectively.The small sealing gap and compression ratio under pressure 80 Mpa have a positive effect on the small contact compressive stress and the maximum Von Mises stress;the research content provides an important reference for similar designs.
