摘  要:为了研究碳纤维经编针织复合材料的钻削加工过程,通过分析经编针织物的细观结构,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立复合材料钻削有限元模型,并联合用户子程序VUMAT定义复合材料的本构模型,模拟钻削加工过程。仿真结果表明:Z向轴向力与进给速度呈正相关,与主轴转速呈负相关。通过对碳纤维经编针织复合材料进行钻削实验,将实验结果与仿真结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性。为碳纤维经编针织复合材料钻削加工过程的优化提供了理论依据。In order to study the drilling process of carbon fiber warp knitted composite material,the finite element model of the composite material drilling was established by analyzing the microscopic structure of the warp-knitted fabric with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and the constitutive model of the composite material was defined with the user subroutine VUMAT to simulate the drilling process.The simulation results show that the Z axial force is positively correlated with the feed speed and negatively correlated with the spindle speed.Through drilling experiments on carbon fiber warp knitted composites,the experiment results are compared with the simulation results to verify the correctness of the finite element model.It provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the drilling process of carbon fiber warp knitted composites.
