摘 要:为研究换热管与管板胀接顺序对换热器胀接质量的影响。采用胀接参数化模拟研究方法对液压胀接进行可靠性研究,建立换热管-管板胀接的弹塑性参数化几何模型,对换热管-管板不同的胀接顺序进行研究,得到换热管残余等效应力、残余接触面应力大小及分布规律。研究表明保压阶段胀接顺序为外-中-内的等效应力最小;完全卸载后,胀接顺序为外-中-内的残余等效应力最小,残余接触面应力最大;胀接顺序为外-中-内时的胀接质量最好;胀接顺序不同时,同一结点处胀接压力卸载以后,对相邻换热管的紧密性和拉脱强度影响较大,距离管板越近,残余等效应力越大。研究结果为换热器最佳胀接性能优化及胀接质量的提高提供依据。In order to study the influence of expansion order of heat exchanger tube and tube sheet on the expansion joint quality of heat exchanger.The reliability of hydraulic expansion joints was studied by the method of expansion parameterized simulation research.The elasto-plastic parameterized geometric model of heat exchange tube-tube plate expansion joint was established.The different expansion joint sequence of heat exchange tube-tube plate was studied.The residual equivalent stress,the residual contact surface stress and the distribution law of the residual heat exchanger tubes were obtained.The results show that the equivalent stress is minimum in the pressure holding stage when the expansion sequence is external-medium-internal;after complete unloading,the residual equivalent stress is minimum when the expansion sequence is external-medium-internal,and the residual contact stress is the largest;the expansion order is Outer,middle,and inner expansion joints are of the best quality;when the expansion joints are in different order,after the expansion pressure is unloaded at the same node,and the closeness and pull-out strength of the adjacent heat exchange tubes is greatly affected.The closer you are,the greater the residual stress.The research results provide the basis for the optimization of the optimal expansion joint performance of the heat exchanger,the determination of the expansion joint process parameters and the improvement of the expansion joint quality.
