摘  要:深入进行活塞-缸套组件的减摩研究,对于提高和改善内燃机机械效率与整机性能具有重要意义。为了研究振动减摩在活塞-缸套组件上的可行性,通过引入缸套表面振动变形,构建了活塞-缸套组件的改进润滑模型,对附加振动引起的缸套减摩现象进行了仿真分析,并基于摩擦测量试验机和高频激振设备搭建了内燃机摩擦测量试验台架,对不同超声激振工况下活塞-缸套组件的减摩情况进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:施加参数合理的超声激振能够有效降低活塞-缸套组件间摩擦力。Studying the friction reduction of piston-cylinder liner assembly is of great significance for improving the mechanical efficiency and performance of internal combustion engines.In order to study the feasibility of vibration-induced friction reduction on piston-cylinder liner assembly.By introducing the vibration deformation of the cylinder liner surface,an improved lubrication model of piston-cylinder liner assembly was established,and the friction reduction phenomenon caused by additional vibration was simulated.On the basis of a friction measurement tester and high frequency excitation equipment,an test bench for friction measurement was set up to investigate the friction reduction of piston-cylinder liner assembly under different ultrasonic excitation conditions.The result shows that the application of ultrasonic excitation with reasonable parameters can effectively reduce the friction of piston-cylinder liner assembly.
