摘  要:GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准检验方法》对水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的常规检测项目采用静态顶空-气相色谱法开展检测,方法存在灵敏度低、耗时长和定性定量不准确等问题。通过优化吹扫-捕集条件及色谱条件,建立了吹扫-捕集与气相色谱电子捕获检测联用法,实现了水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳等的快速、简便测定,降低了国标检测限。通过制定的三氯甲烷、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、三溴甲烷、四氯化碳5种物质的标准曲线,并检测水厂实际水样,验证了此方法的精密度、准确度、加标回收率、选择性。According to GB/T 57502006 Standard Test methods for drinking water,static headspace gas chromatography was used to detect trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride in water,which had the problems of low sensitivity,long time consuming and inaccurate qualitative and quantitative analysis.The combination of purge and trap and GC ECD was established.The rapid,simple determination of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in water was realized,and the detection limit of national standard was reduced.The standard curves of chloroform,bromodichloromethane,dibromochloromethane,tribromochloromethane and carbon tetrachloride were established,and the actual water samples in waterworks were detected to verify the precision,accuracy,recovery rate and selectivity of the method.
