桂甘利水汤对慢性舒张性心功能不全的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究桂甘利水汤对慢性舒张性心功能不全的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的60例慢性舒张性心功能不全患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方法分为参照组与观察组,每组30例。参照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在参照组基础上使用桂甘利水汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、脑钠素(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心房容积指数(LAVI)、6分钟步行距离(6MWD)。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-6、TNF-α、BNP水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α、BNP水平均显著下降,且观察组低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LVEF、LAVI、6MWD比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组LVEF高于参照组,LAVI低于参照组,6MWD长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂甘利水汤治疗慢性舒张性心功能不全患者效果显著,不仅可改善炎症因子水平,而且改善患者心功能,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guiganlishui decoction in the treatment of the chronic diastolic cardiac dysfunction.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic diastolic cardiac dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Guiganli water decoction on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy and interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),brain natriuretic hormone(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left atrial volume index(LAVI),6 min walking distance(6MWD)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand BNP between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand BNP in both groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in LVEF,LAVI and 6MWD between the two groups.After treatment,LVEF in observation group was higher than that in control group,LAVI was lower than that in control group,and 6MWD was longer than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guiganli water decoction has significant effect on the treatment of patients with chronic diastolic cardiac insufficiency.It can not only improve the levels of inflammatory factors,but also improve the cardiac functional,and promote the recovery of patients.
