摘 要:目的探析两种细菌鉴定药敏试验在临床血液检验中的应用价值。方法选取2018年4—11月本院收治的发热并存在全身感染症状患者250例,分别采用常规药敏及直接药敏检查方法检测血液,统计两种监测方法细菌鉴定结果及药敏负荷率。结果 250份样品中,经有效检测共220份阳性样品。直接法检测的革兰阴性球菌、革兰阳性杆菌检出符合率分别为92.00%和96.43%,与常规法比较差异均无统计学意义;直接法检测的革兰阴性球菌、革兰阳性杆菌检出率分别为97.44%和98.39%,与常规法比较差异均无统计学意义。结论直接药敏检测与常规药敏检测均具有较高的药敏检出符合率和敏感度,但直接药敏试验具有操作方便、简单、快捷等特点,同时可明确反映血液中的细菌感染。Objective To explore the application value of two kinds of bacterial identification drug sensitivity test in clinical blood test.Methods 250 patients with fever and systemic infection admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to November 2018 were included in this experiment.The blood samples were detected by routine and direct drug sensitivity tests respectively.The results of bacterial identification and drug sensitivity loading rate of the two monitoring methods were counted.Results A total of 220 positive samples were detected in 250 samples.The coincidence rates of Gramnegative cocci and Grampositive bacilli detected by direct method were 92.00%and 96.43%respectively,and there was no significant difference compared with conventional method;Gramnegative cocci and Grampositive bacilli detected by direct method were 97.44%and 98.39%respectively,and there was no significant difference compared with conventional method.Conclusion Direct drug sensitivity test and routine drug sensitivity test have high coincidence rate and sensitivity,but direct drug sensitivity test has the characteristics of easy operation,simplicity and rapidity.At the same time,it can clearly reflect the bacterial infection in blood.
