美托洛尔与氯沙坦治疗中青年高血压病患者的疗效及对糖脂代谢的影响对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗中青年高血压病患者的疗效及对血脂、血糖代谢的影响。方法:选择我院门诊2019年4月—2021年1月首次诊断的,经3个月饮食和行为调节等非药物治疗、静息心率>80次/min,轻中度的中青年高血压病患者160例。随机分为琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗组(n=81)和氯沙坦对照组(n=79),共治疗6个月,比较治疗前、治疗3个月、6个月后心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标变化。结果:经3个月治疗,两组与治疗前比较,DBP、SBP、HR均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组FBG、TC、TG、LDL-c下降明显,H D L-c升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月时与3个月时比较,两组的DBP、SBP、HR进一步下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组与对照组比较,DBP、SBP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但6个月时,治疗组H R低对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个月时与治疗前比较,治疗组与对照组FBG、TC、TG、LDL-c下降,HDL-c升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6个月时与3个月时比较,治疗组与对照组FBG、TC、TG、LDL-c进一步下降,HDL-c升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片和氯沙坦都有效降低血压、心率的作用,并对糖脂代谢在短期(3个月内)有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension and its effect on blood lipid and blood glucose metabolism.Methods From April 2019 to January 2021,160 young and middle-aged hypertensive patients with mild to moderate blood pressure and non drug treatment for 3 months were selected and randomly divided into metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets treatment group(n=81)and losartan control group(n=79)for 6 months Diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)index changes.Results After 3 months of treatment,DBP,SBP and HR of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);FBG,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);At 6 months and 3 months,DBP and SBP of the treatment group and the control group further decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);HR in the treatment group was further decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with 3 months and the control group(P<0.05);At 3 months,compared with 0 months,FBG,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the treatment group and the control group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the difference of HR between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months and 3 months,FBG,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C of the treatment group and the control group were further decreased,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol Succinate Sustainedrelease Tablets can effectively reduce blood pressure and
