在线健康社区中乳腺癌群体虚拟互动分析——以百度贴吧“乳腺吧”为例

摘　　要：推动和规范癌症的早期筛查和诊治以及“互联网+医疗”服务被《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》明确提出,但是癌症不仅是医学和医疗问题,癌症群体还需社会学的关注。乳腺癌在线健康社区可以帮助乳腺癌患者和家属更加便利地寻找相关健康信息、交流医疗经验进行自我健康管理,实现健康中国战略下建设网络美好生活。“乳腺吧”为乳腺癌群体提供了一个虚拟互动的场域,将虚拟场域中网络乳腺癌群体作为研究对象,采用网络民族志的研究方法,借助对乳腺癌群体虚拟互动的过程分析,探索出乳腺癌群体虚拟互动的基础和结果。乳腺癌群体以身份认同和群体认同为基础与乳腺癌患者、家属和志愿者进行虚拟互动,在虚拟互动中寻求、获得、给予网络社会支持。The promotion and standardization of early cancer screening,diagnosis and treatment,and“Internet+medical”services are clearly proposed by the“Healthy China 2030”Planning Outline,but cancer is not only an issue of medical science and medical treatment,because cancer groups deserve sociological attention.The breast cancer online health community helps breast cancer patients and their families to find relevant health information more easily,exchange medical experience for self-health management,and realize a better life online under the healthy China strategy.“Breast Bar”provides a virtual interactive field for breast cancer group.The online breast cancer group in the virtual field is taken as the research object,the research method of online ethnography is used,the process analysis of the virtual interaction of the breast cancer group is applied,and the foundation and results of the virtual interaction of the breast cancer group are explored.Based on the self-identity and group identity,breast cancer community has virtual interaction with breast cancer patients,family members and volunteers,seeking,obtaining and giving social support in the virtual interaction.
