摘　　要：本文结合动力煤目前的分选现状,分析了动力煤选煤面临的煤泥处理难题。煤泥处理主要方向有两个:一是煤泥减量化,二是增设煤泥分选环节。降低煤泥量主要手段有TDS智能干选;粗煤泥分选主要应用螺旋分选机、TBS、TCS、重介质旋流器等设备。同时提出了尾煤综合利用的有效举措,小锥角旋流器预先排矸具有很大研究空间。Combined with the current situation of thermal coal separation,this paper analyzed the coal slime treatment problems faced by thermal coal preparation.There are two main directions of slime treatment:one is slime reduction,the other is to add slime sorting link.The main means to reduce the slime quantity are TDS intelligent dry separation and so on.Spiral separation,TBS,TCS,Heavy medium cyclones,etc,are the main equipments for coarse slime separation.At the same time,the effective measures for comprehensive utilization of tailings coal are put forward,and there is a large research space for pre-discharging gangue with small-cone angle cyclone.
