摘  要:为校准中国现行公路桥梁评定规范中的修正系数,给出桥梁承载能力评定的目标可靠指标,研究了修正系数与可靠指标之间规律及系数取值的合理性,进一步探讨了不同修正系数时抗力和汽车荷载效应变异性及桥梁服役时间对桥梁评定可靠指标的影响。研究表明:抗力变异性对桥梁可靠指标敏感性最大,影响程度主要与抗力综合影响系数有关;汽车荷载效应敏感程度次之,且与活恒效应比关系密切;桥梁服役时间影响最小,一般情况可忽略。在役公路桥梁评定目标可靠指标对延性和脆性构件分别取3.5和4.2更合理。In order to calibrate the correction coefficient in the current highway bridge evaluation specification in China,the reliability index of evaluation on the bearing capacity of the bridge is given.The rationality of the coefficient value on the correction coefficient and the reliability index is studied.The influence of the variation of resistance and vehicle load effect under different correction coefficients and the service time of bridge on the reliability index of bridge evaluation is further discussed.The research shows that the resistance variability is the most sensitive to the bridge reliability index,and the influence degree is mainly related to the comprehensive influence coefficient of resistance.the sensitivity of vehicle load effect is the second and it is closely related to the ratio of carload effect,and the influence of bridge service time is minimal which can be ignored in general.It is more reasonable to take 3.5 and 4.2 respectively for ductile and brittle members as the target reliability indexes for existing highway bridges.
