摘　　要：采用分散染料和活性染料对棉/禾素混纺织物进行染色,优化的染色工艺为:分散染料1%(omf),载体2%(omf),匀染剂2 g/L,染色温度90℃,染色时间30 min;活性染料3%(omf),氯化钠40 g/L,碳酸钠20 g/L,染色温度60℃,染色时间60 min。染色后织物耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度优良,但手感稍差。The dyeing of cotton/PHBV/PLA blended fabrics is carried out with disperse and reactive dyes.The optimized dyeing process is:disperse dye 1%(omf),carrier 2%(omf),leveling agent 2 g/L,dyeing temperature 90℃,dyeing time 30 min;reactive dye 3%(omf),sodium chloride 40 g/L,sodium carbonate 20 g/L,dyeing tem⁃perature 60℃,dyeing time 60 min.The color fastness to soaping and rubbing of the dyed fabric is excellent,but the hand feel is slightly poor.
