摘 要:奥氏体不锈钢母材晶粒粗大,焊缝组织为柱状晶,对超声波有强烈的散射衰减和扭曲作用。采用常规的超声检测技术难以对其进行有效检测,而相控阵超声检测技术具有检测效率高、精度高、实时成像的特点,为奥氏体不锈钢的检测提供了新的方法。利用相控阵超声检测技术对奥氏体不锈钢点蚀缺陷进行检测,验证了该技术的可行性。The austenitic stainless steel base metal is characteristic of coarse grains and its weld microstructure is columnar, which has strong scattering attenuation and distortion effect on ultrasonic wave. It is difficult to detect austenitic stainless steel effectively by using conventional ultrasonic testing technology, while phased array ultrasonic testing technology has the characteristics of high detection efficiency, high accuracy and real-time imaging, which provides a new way for the detection of austenitic stainless steel. The phased array ultrasonic testing technology was used to detect the pitting defects of austenitic stainless steel, and the feasibility of the technology was verified.
