摘　　要：探究了用速生桉木渣还原浸出低品位氧化锰矿中的锰的试验。考察了木渣锰矿质量比、硫酸浓度、浸出温度和浸出时间对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明,当木渣锰矿质量比为0.5,硫酸浓度为3.5 mol/L,浸出温度为90℃,浸出时间为3 h时,锰的浸出率为98.22%。该方法成本低,浸出率高,可为相关企业提供技术参考。Experiments on tbe ruductive leaching of manganese from manganese dioxide ore was carried out in sulfuric acid solution with eucalyptus robusta.Effects of sulfuric acid concentration,leaching time,leaching temperature,and ratio of eucalyptus robusta to ore on manganese leaching efficiency were investigated.The results showed under the conditions of ratio of eucalyptus robusta to ore 0.5,sulfuric acid concentration 3.5 mol/L,leaching temperature 90℃,leaching time 3 h,the leaching efficiency reach up to 98.22%.This method cost little and showed a high leaching effciency which could be proposed for relative companies.
