摘 要:在柠檬酸介质中,钒(Ⅴ)催化过硫酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红而产生荧光,据此建立一种测定钒(Ⅴ)的荧光分析方法。探讨反应介质种类及其用量,反应时间,反应温度等因素对体系的影响,优化测定条件。在最佳试验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.0145~0.174μg/mL(Ⅴ),线性回归方程为ΔF=23.091+6642.2ρ(ρ的单位:μg/mL),相关系数R 2为0.9858,检出限(3S/K)为0.0113μg/mL。方法应用于实际样品测定,测定结果的RSD为4.4%~5.0%,回收率为86.5%~90.7%。In citric acid medium, vanadium(Ⅴ) catalyzes the oxidation of indigo carmine by potassium persulfate to produce fluorescence. Based on this, a fluorescence analysis method for the determination of vanadium(Ⅴ) is established. We discussed the influence of the type of reaction medium and its dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and other factors on the system, and optimized the measurement conditions. Under the best experimental conditions, the linear range of the method is 0.0145~0.174 μg/mL(Ⅴ), the linear regression equation is ΔF=23.091+6642.2 ρ(unit of ρ:μg/mL), the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.9858, and the detection The limit(3 S/K) is 0.0113 μg/mL. This method was applied to the determination of actual samples, and the RSD of the determination results was 4.4%~5.0%, and the recovery rate was 86.5%~90.7%.
