摘　　要：本文从残渣组分、进料负荷、操作调整等方面对PTA氧化残渣结片机运行的影响进行了分析,并结合设备及实际状况,提出了改进措施。这是对残渣结片机运行的全面总结,在同类别文献中很少见,可作为国内同行的重要参考依据。In this paper,author analyzed the influence factors of running oxidation residue flaker that related to feed composition,feed loading and operation adjustment in PTA plant,meanwhile put forward improvements on the basis of equipment conditions.The paper is the overall summary about the operation of oxidation residue flaker in PTA plant,thus it is rare in same category literature and has important reference values for domestic counterparts.
